April 2024 update:

What's new at the MGMAC?

Hello MGMAC Members!

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, and let you know what's coming up with the MGMAC this year!

My name is Sherry Drewniak and I am really excited to be on board with the MGMAC as Association Manager.

I graduated from Yukon College years ago with a Business Admin certificate, got a job doing billing in a large medical clinic in Whitehorse, and the rest is history.  I've been working in the medical admin field for over 30 years.  For the last 14 years I have been working at Crowfoot Village Family Practice in Calgary.   In my spare time I keep busy with my hubby and our five grandchildren.  We have become excellent at collecting rescue animals - current count is three dogs and a cat!

I am looking forward to working with the MGMAC to help raise awareness for the group, start up the Campfire Sessions again and start to plan the next conference.  Keep an eye on our website, as we plan to update it regularly with news and upcoming events.
