Margo Sandy
Secretary · Calgary, AB
I've spent over a decade in the trenches of high-volume specialty care, and my journey began right at the front desk. Working my way from reception to management gave me an "inside-out" understanding of clinic life. As the Office Manager at Orbit Eye Centre, I handle the daily puzzle of HR, billings, and complex surgical flows, and I oversee our thriving surgical fellowship program. My background as an HR coach and my current role as Executive Secretary for MGMAC are driven by a simple goal: helping our members find practical solutions to the unique hurdles of healthcare administration.
